I'm wondering if we're able to choose the delivery date of new order A/C? For one or another reason, I need the delivery date is spreading across the year, like 7-8 A/C annually instead of 15
Without having to order one by one at different time, it would be nice if we can assign the delivery date, with minimum interval as usual (I think 3 weeks?)

Not possible.
Order 14 planes, then in the second window before confirming order, choose I want to cancel/do not want to deliver this date, do that every other plane, then you will get 7 planes instead of 14 spread out more.
If the deliveries of those are not very short term, they will get moved forward after ordering. When ordering from a production line that's booked out some time into the future, like the A320, it's just not possible to do that.
