Was just wondering if there was some way I could view the stats of every aircraft in the game somewhere? It would be nice to be able to see what the aircraft info page of any plane no matter what the time period.

My feature request on this 2 years ago or so (all aircraft available in Aircraft Comparison Tab) was declined.
So there's no official aircraft list yet.
There's no data to look at but you can at least see a list of all models included in the game here:

Depends fully in what gameworld you play. In a Modern Times gameworld you'll never see many of the Jet Age aircraft and you can't see any of the aircraft that will be released in the future, so to get a full overview you must have a nearly ended Jet Age and a nearly ended Modern Times scenario.
