1) I have no competition on the route
2) My Company Image has not dropped
3) My Route Image has not dropped
4) I have not raised prices
5) My punctuality has not dropped

???

I even tried lowering prices a little -no effect.

Any thoughts?

The demand on the route has changed most likely then.

I have several routes like this, and it happened all at once. Interesting. Nice touch (although it kind of sucks!).
