Sorry you cannot relocate your airline anymore. You can do it only once if your airline is less than three months old in game time.
You don't have to relocate by yourself. The game will do it for you automatically. All your routes will be moved to depart from the new airport, with original destinations, and I think also your route images should stay the same?
Excuse me, what will happen to airlines which are not based at KDVX but have routes to this airport.
Will they also have all flight automatically updated to KDEN??

One of the airports you are flying to (Denver - Stapleton / KDVX / DEN) is about to be closed shortly.
Please note that you cannot operate on this route after the airport closes so please consider moving all the affected routes to a new airport as soon as possible. The airport will be closed in 120 days.
The affected routes are:
- EUC958, EDDF - KDVX
- EUC1965, EDDF - KDVX
- EUC4227, EDDF - KDVX
Based on what happened to me with a flight to Osaka Itami, which was replaced by Osaka Kansai, you should cancel all flights to the old airport, and create new flights to the new one.
They doesn't change automatically.
