Likewise, have a look at my airline (Milnion Air) based out of Sapporo New Chitose.
Just ordered by 15th aircraft. Cash generative and a focus on the Japanese domestic market at present. Plan to open second base in Japan at a latter date to begin servicing short haul international, but not yet - lots more routes to exploit here without the need to start buying larger aircraft etc.
Note, I only grow through cash generation and paid off all my starting loans as soon as I could. I am debt free and grow only WHEN I have resource.
