Id like to know how you made that cool logo? Is it hard to do? Where can I get the tools? Also, whats a good Airplane with high pax but not so long runway requirements?
Also, is the concorde cost effective?
Starting small.
I am a TOTAL NEWB here but I always seem to bring many friends along for the ride.
I started in a smaller city comparatively speaking. I started in Cleveland (KCLE). I leased 3 fokker 50s and a 727.
I have the 727 continually looping back to Chicago and back. I am getting 70%+ loads on every flight so I won't mess with it too much other than lowering the price slightly to see if I fill more seats.
What I am doing with the Fokkers is to fly a flight or two per day to neighboring towns (except Memphis.... I have a buddy who wants to start an airline there so I wanted an established flight before we make an alliance).
I noticed that I am really struggling to turn a corporate profit despite the fact that all of my flights are in the green.
I only have newspapers going for my route and company advertising. My company image is now 20 and some of the routes are up to 30.
Can you give me advice?

For a logo, you can use paint to make a quick, simple one. Otherwise Gimp is a good program.
As for the concorde, it depends on the route and how well advertised it is, so basically the route image, as the more people you can fill it with, the more it will be "profitable." Personally, I don't like the Concorde as it takes too much fuel.
Thanks for the tips, I tryed Gymp but it seems im too dumb ... when i change the size to the required 150x50 pixel it allways ends up looking weird even if i scale it down from 1500x500 wich should fit ...
