whats best for your finances - buying short og long haul?
It always depends, but LH planes can cost a small fortune to lease, and a large fortune to buy..it adds value which can again be used to use less planes as assets whilst securing bigger loans. I started off buying SH planes, which gave me enough credit to buy LH planes. If a plane is pulling in a cool million a week, its nice to keep all of that instead of only 3/4 of that. You can do alot more with 1 million than a few hundred thousand. Are you buying new or buying planes about to run out of their lease or used market? Large orders do give you some discount.
