Post by: Dazwalsh on January 15, 2009, 06:23:26 PM
Sami do you know when this variant stopped production? just so i can get enough of them ordered before that time, i dont want the added expense of the 210 and 500 variants.

nar for my routes the ATR fits perfectly, bigger capacity and lower fuel costs as well as shorter turnaround times, im making good money with my first one.

Dash 8 Q400 might be worth looking at though when its released

Yes, DHC8 are very fuel efficient and thus have good range. Even DHC7 are doing pretty good despite having 4 engines. AT7 has a good capacity and pretty good fuel consumption but limited range. Good only for really short routes, however I noticed that turboprops sent far routes like over 600 nm are not making a good profit. People are probably choosing jets serving such routes.
I will probably have 3 fleet types in full game: DHC8-400, B737 dunno which version yet, and B772/B773.

Three words: Dash-8-400.

Its the best turboprop that you can buy!

It comes out in almost 6 years tho.... ;)
