Hey

I know from earlier games that you can open China-Taiwan routes! But do annyone know what time in the game that is possible!
I play Beginner`s World now and tha date is 1 sep 1999.

There is no direct air traffic between China(PRC) and Taiwan (ROC) before 2009.
Technically they're still at war.
