I've been at school and i've just come back to find my company image is negative :o Infact its -12.9. I've looked over everything and can find no reason why it could possibly be so slow considering i haven't changed anything. I've had a couple of cancellations but other than that it just seem svery weird. All my specific route images are at 6 and rising. Could someone explain this?? Thanks.
How many cancellations have you had? In overal, there shouldn't be more than maybe 5% of your flights cancelled...
Also, how old are the aircraft you are flying and what's their condition (if below 60%, it's bad).

Yes i have marketing going on.
Aircraft condition has randomly just dropped to 59% (it was above 60 a couple of mins ago :P)

Extra maintanenace is hopelessly expensive and long :o
i try to not get any aircraft below 80% condition and even then i always do a checks until they're atleast 90% before I fly. Its expensive but its safer on the long run.
