hello everybody! i'm new and my base airport has a very short runway (i know,i could choose a longer one but i love challenges XD). my question is,how could i know the runway requirement of each aircraft without look every single one?there is no filter for ruanway lenght?
as far as i know, you just look at each aircraft.
pay attention the runway req. for each aircraft also depends on the type of engines used and maximum take off weight.
What's the runway length at your base airport? I could tell you roughly which planes you can and can't use from personal knowledge, or give you a definitive list if I use some resources available to me.
I checked which airport you operate from and it is Madrid and the runway is 4350M that is long not short
is not madrid anymore, previously was talca (chile) with a very short runway and few passengers, but is not a very good airport for a newbie, and now i change it again to lanzarote, and its runway i think has a "medium size".
so,it's a little annoying to look every single aircraft with its runway.

The runway has a specific length. You should see it on the airport screen. Lanzarote has the longest runway length of 2400m. That's more than enough for aircraft such as 737, A320, MD-80/90.
Since Long Haul demand is tiny, you don't really any aircraft that is bigger than the the ones above. So you don't really need to be concerned with the runway length. Just stay away from aircraft that is labeled as "Very Large".
