Is there a way to view my unused slots before I get a warning email? I've adjusted a number of routes and before I add new routes with available aircraft times, I'd like to see what slots I have (and can utilize without additional payment).

In the airport slots page you will seee an asterisk beside any of the 24 hrs of slots that you have unused slots in, you are not able to tell if it is 1 or multiple slots though
If you click on any of those individual hours, you'll see the breakdown of available slots in 5 minute increments, so you'll see if you have multiple slots in that hour. Unless you have multiple slots at exactly the same time.
