Hi, searched for this but all the topics were from circa 2009 so didnt want to bring old old topics back to life.

If an aircraft is on the used market does it affect your fleet commonality? And how long does an aircraft have to be on the market for before you can scrap it?

Planes for sale do not count for fleet costs.

Scrap age depends on plane condition and age, cannot remember the exact values but 15yo+.
