How many aircraft can be transfered from the former hq airport to the new base airport?

Up to 70, the limit for all non-HQ bases. You do have to maintain minimums though (see base page).

The limit has been increased from 70, and is now 100 in all current gameworlds.

Main Base with unlimited aircraft plus up to three bases with up to 100 aircraft each.
