Just a quick question, is there a way to delay delivery on new purchases
or new lease?, what I mean is that I want to order a new A/C but it's delivery
date is about 10 weeks to early for me, other than ordering it 10 weeks
later on can I delay delivery on order?

Sadly, they don't store planes for you. Best option is to take delivery and put on market for max price and max 1 yr lease. Not a great option.
I found out that you can do the following when I had the same problem in Beginners World:
1) Place an order for 10 aircraft.
2) Before confirming the order you can see all aircraft and expected delivery dates (at the bottom). Here you can click "Skip this order". Do this on all aircraft that arrive before/after the required date, click recalculate and you will order 1 plane delivered at (approximately) the date you require.
Yeah as long as the production lines are busy enough (i.e. enough orders from other players) then the method above should work.
