So, the fuel contract system is obviously pretty random, but a question: at any given moment at a specific airport are all the airlines offered the same choice of contracts, or are they entirely unique to each airline? I strongly suspect the latter, but does anyone know for sure?
They appear to scale somewhat with airline size, which suggests they're unique. BKing and restarting in the same airport resulted in a different set of contracts, too. That's not definitive, though.
