Is it better if you are the only airline based in Dublin with routes of high demands that are free to quickley lease as many used aircraft as possible and fill the routes as quick as possible or to wait till you start turning profits and then expand but run the risk that others will be flying the routes by then.

You shouldn't need to wait to turn a profit. You should be profitable from day 1.
I'd say keep expanding, money in your bank account doesn't turn a profit. Money spent on plane leases does.
