I was just on two of LOT's five 767s this summer, SP-LPA and -LPE.
Thats some bloody good piloting, BBC news has good footage of it going down the runway.

How is it going for the airframe? The contact seemed very smooth, but would it actually be written off?

perfect landing 8)
I got to hand it to the pilot. That was an excellent job. Probably didn't have thrust reversers since those engines were scraping the ground.

Seems like they didn't have wheel brakes either.

And I really appreciate the man for bringing that very stressfull situation into video for all of us to see.
yeah its very fast - everyone evaucated quickly and safety - even the plane was landing on belly with engines to brake it so i think that plane will be have to be repaired
