Be smart and nimble. Search for the routes that best suit your airline. Pick your fleet carefully. Concentrate on your own profitability and growth.
You shouldn't feel intimidated by larger airlines and you definitely shouldn't try to take them head on. Well, not until you reach some critical mass, anyway.
