that is in the 90% condition range, if I do ABC checks before I put it on the used market, will the checks reflect over on the used aircraft list? Or is it a waste of time and doesn't carry over if I perform all 3 checks before selling/leasing. ???
First, the checks need to be completed before selling the airplane. And whether it is convenient to do the checks prior to selling it, at all depends on how far or close the checks are due (A & B are actually irrelevant, no need to do them, C matters more and D is the...well), and if you really want to sell it or you just put it in the market in order to reduce fleets for commonality reasons.
If you want to sell it, a C check with more than 6 months away is ok, D 2/3 years away is also ok.
Thank you once again Archer!!!
