Title: Creating additional demand with stop-over?

hello everyone,

i picked my base with zero int. longhaul demand, also intl. shorthaul is very limited. if i would plan an additional stop-over in a highly frequented and strong intl. long/shorthaul airport, would it raise my loading factor and therefore enable me to have intl. longhaul flights profitable?

Stopovers are currently limited only for technical stops (refuelling).
