Just wondering, how often do the fuel contracts re-set?

And as far as monthly cost, what is the definition of a month? 30 days, 4 weeks, actual month (say Jan 7 to Feb 7)?

One mor thing I am wondering is how the fees will be charged. Is it upfront for the month, or a daily fee...
