This is my 3rd attempt now and I am slowly making a profit. I am doing minimal marketing to keep outgoings low, but my company image it getting lower. Can anyone advise how to increase image without spending lots on marketing?

keep in mind CI is affected by the condition of your aircraft, the average age of your aircraft and how often your flights are cancelled or delayed.
If you spend too less marketing overall this could cause also decrease of CI.
