Has anyone tried an all business class A318 route between London City and JFK with a fueling stop in Shannon? BA seems to find it worthwhile to operate such a route....

I think somebody did it in a Modern Times scenario sometime ago, but cannot remember who that was.

This should work better with city-based demand in v1.3. But as it stands, the airport data for LCY will show such a tiny proportion of intercontinental flights, that the system will believe there to be no demand for such a route.

City based demand is 2.x, not 1.3 :(
