Hi,
i would like open new base for my airlines, but i'm forced to open base in same country. Why i'm not able to open new base in EU ??
My HQ is placed in LOWW.
Austria has joined EU at 1st of December 1995. This date has past in game but i'm still not able to expand to EU ?? BUG ??
