I made a mistake and leased a third aircraft type. i have replaced the routes with an aircraft type i have been using. now how do i figure out the numbers of personal to downsize.

Go to the bottom of personel office, and click "set staff levels to 100%"

I would PM a player called Fizzy00. His airline is called Ostrich based in Saudi he helped me no end with personnel issues and downsizing. He's quite ruthless but he turned my airline around from the brink on a couple of occasions. Very useful player.
