What voting system do you propose swiftus? Vote for candidates or vote for an individual demotivator?

I like the idea of the monthly theme too. But I want some new material from you swiftus!! You have just chosen a topic which allows you to regurgitate all your previous ones  ;D

Also anyone could share me a link to the official site for creating demotivators pretty please.

Great stuff so far guys but I am liking Pike's one the most so far because it made me laugh the most.
