Lets say i have a B737-400 that arrives at my Base at 13:15. It say I can Dep. again @ 13:55 should i wait longer or should i leave as soon as it tell me i can dep. again?? Will it cause delays if u leave when it can dep. again??

The percentages that you see for turnaround time on a flight are the same as the ones at your base. If you make them too small, you will create delays. I make mine the same at home as on a flight.

I always thank that assuming every turn around is a full size one does not make sence at all, but it looks like sami do not have a solution on this......
Some may disagree but try to always keep your percentage chance of a delay under 5%.
