Does aircraft age factor into company image? Likewise, will our simulated customers prefer to fly a company with younger aircraft? Tried doing a search and couldn't find the answer.
Not to company image directly, but to the "internal calculation points" of each route operated (higher pts for newer planes .. or faster planes .. or .....etc).
But old planes do affect to CI negatively if they cause much delays.
