I have started a small regional airline with just 3 x 20 seat Embraer 110.
My staff levels are through the roof.
I am expected to have 8 managers, 7 accountants, 25 customer service reps, 17 ground handlers and 13 route strategey advisers. In total 120 staff.
Im sure I had the same staffing levels when I was running 3x 737s.
If I cut back too much all my flights go haywire.
Do you not think that the staffing levels for small airlines needs reworking????.
This has been brought up countless times. We're still waiting for something definitive to be done about it.
