Greetings,
As ATB and MT2 are heading towards ending, I'm starting to think of what kind of airline I should run in the next game. Currently I wouldn't mind managing a soviet-era airline though to do this with Russian types only I'm curious as to whether subsidised fuel costs in Eastern Bloc and limitations to the purchase of western types (unavailable to break up of USSR) will be implemented into the next game?
Best Regards,

We will introduce the all new Comrade class....
... where people fleeing the Iron Curtain get stuffed into the cargo area...
Good thing is that you always get paid to deliver the cargo, the bad thing is that they don't always make it.
What I would like to see in the new game worlds is:
- some tweaks to new base costs, making their cost independent of main (HQ) base size
- removal of pretty much all of base limitations other than perhaps time span between opening of new bases
- ability to grow slots at airports - lessening hoarding of slots at desirable airports
- MT is 24 years long, ATB is only 22 years long. Maybe adding extra 2 years - 2020 to 2022 would encourage more players to update fleets to newer aircraft (from Bombardier, Mitsubishi, A350, A380, B787)
- some tweaks to fleet commonality, penalizing players who start the game and buy 6 or 8 different fleet types.
I like all these ideas. I can't wait to rejoin the game. I've been sitting out for two months now. Can't wait for the new game.
Full world, I'm getting a little tired of the Alliance Challenge's NA-Euro stuff. 8)
Definently keep the rules with HQ the same. It's not fair when an airline that expands way faster than everybody just takes all the best airports and exapnds even faster and before you know it there's 1000 fleet airlines.
