Right now I'm based in Las Vegas and I've noticed that there is basically no international structure. Demand to Heathrow is 120 people. Yet from Phoenix it's 200. Now if we look to real life, Phoenix has just 1 long-haul route. yet Las Vegas has 8 long-haul routes.
as I know, this game is based on real world but not exactly reflect the real world.
For this case it is immaterial therefore please just leave it as it is.

Unfortunately you're just out of luck. Although, you could just forget about Europe. I have had routes from LAS to Mexico many times. Maybe thats the way to go. :)
Las Vegas to LGW is higher ;)
Same goes for Cincinnati Northern Kentucky - LHR is loosy, but to LGW it is fine :)
