No, campaign has ended so there are no more ads on that campaign.

Your General (CI) Campaigns should always be Permanent.

Your Route-specific (RI) Campaigns you should avoid doing altogether.  They're worthless and a waste of cash.  You only get a TINY increase in the speed at which you get to an RI of 100 at a great cost of a campaign.  You will always get to an RI of 100 just by flying the route.  Don't do them.  Ever.
