Could somone please define "Load Factor" in laymaens terms.

the percent of available seats on a given flight that are occupied. 100% is a full flight (or full in that class) and 0% means no passengers.

Thanks, I assumed it was somting along those lines, I just wasn't sure if other variables affected it.
