Hello, and a good morning (2AM local)!

I have a question...

Since a while I encounter some problems, with the used market. I know, that in v 1.2 I can only get 2 aircraft/day, but sometimes the marker: "you cannot buy/lease..." (I think the text is known) does not disappear, or I can only get one plane on some days... my question now is: WTF is going on there?? Is it because I have 12 more used aircraft on order? or is it just a blockage? a randomized "gadget"?
