Can I hire more staff in the Corporate Communications, Marketing, area and be able to add more marketing ads? Currently it says that my marketing is at 103%, if I add more hires will the percent go down so I can add more ads?
Thanks and hope this is the right area in the forums to ask this.
You can hire more staff then needed.
However, not sure it will be any more effective then what you already have. Least, no one has tested what you propose. Though you could be the first one! Let us know if its worth exploring 8)
Good luck!

Yeah... I figured out that running a baby airline with 30 seater AC's can be done if your on top of it.... So we're waiting for your test results....
I doubt that adding staff will increase the number of max marketing campaigns, but it could increase the effectiveness of your current marketing campaigns.
But, like said before, no1's really tested this before...
Come on Sami, chime in here. That wouldn't really be a sensible idea would it. Or are you going to make him try it to find out? ???
Oooh, yay, I can answer something as (a) marketing guy and (b) have tested in AWS.
Okay so me being a marketing guy doesn't apply except for that it makes me a marketing nerd, but if you do heavy up on Corp Comm staff you do see an improvement in your eficiency. The way I've seen it stack up is for every one (1) corp comm you are over the required number staff, you get 0.3 in efficiency increase.
How this translates through Sami's model into increased demand I couldn't tell you, but I would assume its positive (granted, as a marketing guy, if you have bad marketers - they can efficiently market crap, but it'll still be crap).

The inability to start more campaigns isn't because your people are overworked or something. That 103% number is just because you have 103% of the required number of Marketing personnel, which is a product of using automatic hiring.
The only way to add more campaigns is to increase the size of your airline.
There's really no reason to need multiple campaigns at that size anyway. Route Marketing is a complete waste of money, so if that's your problem your wasting your money regardless. If you want more CI campaigns, all you need to do is increase the scope of your existing one. So, make it a National one if you're adveritising locally, make it International if you're only advertising Nationally, and/or change the media you're using.
