I don't exactly understand how it works.
For example, if I'm using only A320 in my HQ and only B737-300/400/500 in my HUB, will my commonality cost like I'm using A320+B737 on my HQ +15% for all Boeings, or it will be lower?

No. My question was different. I'll try explain more correct:

I'm using A320 on my HQ (only in HQ). Then I'm ordering B737 for my HUB (and only for HUB, not for HQ). Will maintenance and other costs for A320 grow when I'll receive B737 or it will be same?

Yes, since your administration is still considered to happen in HQ for all these issues.
