I cannot speak for Sami but there is an option to reserve your airline name. If you did not, i think it is ok for other to use it although i would not do it.

ok then. It's just that I found United Arab Airlines (UAA) in ATB and I used that exact name and code in the last game - I know it may be silly, but it bothers me slightly - but i guess I can get over it.

I had it to. Someone operating from the same hub using the same name and same code as me after I'd gone bk. Its a little un-nerving, but I do like the fact someone felt like copying me.  ;)

This is the main reason I reserve my airline names. I have 4 currently.

Globe Connect or World Connect based names are reserved. Any other name I use is "just for fun".

My EC#2 airline name is a great example. Not to mention my limited use of Dr Pepper airline name... (Sami!!  :'()
