Title: V1.2: Minimum a/c for HQ airport?
Post by: Tujue on March 30, 2010, 10:05:04 PM
Hi Sami,

I had a question about that minimum number of aircraft for the HQ airport, which is 12 aircraft. Maybe you had planned to tell this later on, sorry if it is so.
From when will this rule start counting for a starting airline? When it got its 12th a/c or is there a time frame, for example within 1 year of founding? Or is there another possibility?

Many thanks

I think that you just have to operate 12 aircrafts at the time when you open base...

and then I assume once a second base is opened this number will have to be maintained at all times.

I'm looking forward to see everybody is opening a hub with the 13th aircraft and then wondering why they have to spend a lot of money for maintenance, staff and offices.

so so right... and then the forum will be full of posts asking why costs have shot up, simply because many players have not bothered to read the manual page  ;D

Hey guys, thank you for your comments. Yep, it will be a big party after everyone open there second hub, I'm waiting for the beta test version to try out this hub feature. I think I will have much fun with the maintenance and base costs. We will see ;)
