Hi,

I run a company with 17 Corporate communications employees. I believe they are responsible for marketing etc. But what will happen when I employ 20 of them and have more then I need? Will I get better results with my marketing campaigns?

Yes a bit. look for "staff efficiency" value at the marketing page.
