I have found some routes for my fokker-25, 65 capacity. No other airlines on those routes, and still those routes have like 60 people. Only no tickets were sold, and I have marketing. What's wrong?
Please post a screenshot of the route info and your route details. Difficult to say without more information.

Don't forget that pricing and route image matter a lot, people wont fly in a not known at all airline for a full ticket price just like that. Try waiting a bit until the RI goes up and/or try lowering the prices a bit.
