Title: Lease Terminations

Hey I have a quick question that I may need in the future. Can I terminate leases if I have a negative cash amount? For example, Can I terminate the lease costing 40 Mil with -10 mil in cash thus going down to -50mil?

So you are saying that if I tried it would deny the termination telling me I was short on funds?

That is correct. Once your in the hole. Its pretty much over.
