Title: Global pricing
Post by: ban2 on November 17, 2009, 11:43:36 AM
When you use global pricing to increase fares does that mean every new route opened after this increase are set at default fare rates or does the system increase accordingly.

for example i have 10 routes, i increase the price globally by 1%.

i then open another 5 routes after this, are these 5 routes at the default fare? or are they +1% as well?

when you change prices globally it affects every route you have open at that point, nothing in the future.

Interesting Question.

It would be really neat if a player could set his "benchmark" as a % variation of the Standard Price (+/-/=) and that always apply, even to new routes/flights unless they were flagged.

Well there's no really such thing as the 'standard price' in the near future perhaps.. ;)
