How can i lease out a plane to the market or friend?
put it up for sale on the market, while you risk it's sale, the option is there for players to lease it as well

How about if i want to lease out to my friend for $1/month?
$1 a month? thats a bargain, there should be controls put in place against this though to make it fair
that kind of pricing is not possible....
