ive just opened my first airline.
just wondering if someone can advise me on the profit loss margin problem i am having.heres my weekly statement.
Sold tickets 3 810 USD
Line maintenance (A+B) -3 977 USD
Insurance -1 823 USD
Fuel cost -408 USD
Route fees (1) -5 904 USD
Weekly leasing cost -10 658 USD
all my seats are booked up and even if i rise my ticket prices there is no way i am going to clear all my debts for the week.i think i am doing something drastically wrong here.

What's your fleet utilization figure? How many flights you scheduled for one day?
You need to fill up the day with flights. If you airplane is resting, it's not generating revenue.
