It looks like that staff motivation can change without reason.....I have set automatically hire new staff as needed
and raise salaries, it works good. However today when I wake up I saw I lost half of my image and some of my staffs are working under very low motivation. I tried to find a reason to explain and fix it, but I can't. Those staff come from high and middle level management, are they going to overthrow me? :o
I've raise the salary of staffs, and its motivation FALL :o How can this happen? It doesn't make sence at all......I lost the remaining half image and having a extrmely low image. I think my image is even lower than the new airline in my base whose just opened last week! How can the motivation fall from 100 to -49 without reason in 2 weeks? WTH is happening now? It's not possible for me to run an airline if things like this keep on happening.
Hmm sounds odd, and your certain auto salary and auto hire is on? If so this may be a bug? :-\
