For some reason i cant find a good way to make enough money to keep my airline running but my competitor intereuro is making more with smaller planes how is this happening
Perhaps because he uses smaller planes?!

This is pretty much the standard answer to anyone wondering why they are not making any money:
You have 22 aircraft representing 9 fleet types. Many of your fleet types may not be making enough money to cover the commonality costs.
Intereuro has 62 aircraft and 2 fleet types and as noted they are relatively small and economical and flying short-haul routes.
Without looking at your company I add one thing in addition to commonality. My experience for a while has been that I can't find enough travellers for my MD 11 ER's while the regulars MD's are ok. Looks like with bigger planes you have to be extra careful because the BIG lease and maintnance costs are ready to ruin the economy. I recommend you to check the competition too. Usually if I find an empty route, after a few months somebody comes there with huge overcapasity and dumping ticket prices.
Thank you this will realy help in the future i have started again though nand i am based at japan but this time ive used your tips
;D
