A319-100 vs A319neo restrictions question

i was researching various routes and options recently, and noticed an odd warning for london city when checking aircraft types.

i am curious: why the A319-100 doesnot have seating capacity restrictions vs the A319neo that does have seating capacity restrictions?

it would seem the neo would be able to operate the same, or better (shorter runway requirement and smaller/lighter cargo capacity) for performance.

any feedback or insight is helpful to understanding this.

Possibly related to the currently open bug report on these estimations at route editor.

Will be fixed when route editor v.2.0 is introduced (it's currently in the works).
