Registration number requests

Registration system could use some updating in general. The United States is a Numerical and/or Alpa with an N in front, however N+ Numbers( 1-5#s only), N+Numbers+Letter and N+Numbers+Letter+Letter are all valid US registration formats.

Issue: the system currently sorts registration numbers (at least with respect with american numbers) by the numerics only. So If I have 101NE-199NE and 101NA-199NA, then it orders the numbers on the various pages as 101NA followed by 101NE, 102NA, 102NE, 103NA, etc... I would like it to sort 101NA through 199NA first then list 101NE through 101NE.

This is an issue as I typically run 4-5 fleets or more and when rolling fleets over to new fleet types, I run out of numbers. I also tend to create blocks of numbers for various sub fleets, this way when I look at my scheduling pages, I know whats a 737-600 vs a 737-800 or E175 vs E195 vs E190E2, etc without having to hover.

There ideas are all each independent of each other but would allow the greatest flexibility to the CEO.

1) allow the CEO to select which part of the registration should be sequential in the automation.
(Does 101NE become 102NE next or does it go to 101NF)

2) Allow the CEO to select which part of the registration the sorting order shall be based off of.
(Does the default sorting order sort by the numbers or by the Letters at the end. This is independent of #1)

3) Add additional default registration preset columns in the settings page, in which case these columns would function as the default sorting order. It also allows the CEO to specifically set where the system picks up when a complete number sequence has been utilized. The first box would be utilized to 100% then goes to box 2 to 100% then Box 3, etc.
(B737NG preset box #1 N101NE, Box #2 N101NA, Box #3 101NG)
(B737NG Preset box #1 101NA, Box #2 101BA, Box #3 101CA)

4) Addition Subfleet boxes within the default registration number settings pages
(737NG Default preset box N101NE)
—— 737-600 Default preset box 101NE
—- 737-700 Default preset box 136NE

In #4, if subfleet is not filled in it would just run off of basic default, but  otherwise follow the subfleet boxes.
