Fly Nimbus has today officially launched a set of brand new routes operated by its freshly restored BN2-A Mk.3 Trislander, with a view to restore a second Trislander and an original BN2 Islander. The aircraft have been preserved in the Nimbus Collection since they were withdrawn from service in the 1980's, at which time they were replaced by the BAE Jetstream 31 (an example of which is also preserved in the collection). The aircraft will be keeping their original 'Nimbus Air Services' liveries.
Enthusiasts will now have the chance to fly on the last 2 Trislanders in existance and enjoy the sight of the unique British aircraft in the skies once again
